§ 2-194. Terms of office.

The terms of office for members of the county citizen review board shall be for two (2) years and shall expire at midnight on December 31 of even-numbered years, except the terms of office of the two (2) appointments by the office of sheriff and the one (1) appointment recommended by the county chairman shall expire at midnight on December 31 of odd-numbered years. However, except as otherwise provided herein, all citizen review board members shall serve until their successors are chosen. A member of the citizen review board shall not serve for more than two (2) consecutive full terms.
