§ 2-430. Oversight board terms; removal.

After the initial terms of service, oversight board members shall serve terms of three years or until their successor is appointed, and each member of the oversight board shall be eligible for appointment to two consecutive full terms. A vacancy shall be filled as indicated in subsection 2-429(c) for the balance of the unexpired term. Members of the oversight board may be removed by the governing board, but only for cause, only after notice and an opportunity to be heard, and only upon a vote of at least five members of the governing board.
