Ord. No. 2015-24 , § 4, adopted Dec. 15, 2015, repealed § 31.5-129, which pertained to a moratorium regarding billboards located within close proximity of interchange ramps and toll plazas of limited access highways, within railroad rights-of-way, and within unincorporated areas that are not zoned and which derived from Ord.
