§ 33-30. General duties, records of clerk.

  • It shall be the duty of the clerk on and after the effective date of this act [article] to accept and process all applications and matters of business coming before the district and receive all revenues and receipts of the district. He shall further provide for such administrative service as may be requested by the board and shall keep accurate records of the business of said district. He shall have available at all times for public inspection any and all rules, regulations and codes promulgated by the board for the district.
