§ 33-31. Employment, compensation of personnel.

The board shall have the power to employ or retain all personnel necessary to carry out the purposes of this act [article]. The payment of such personnel, costs and expenses of the district shall be an obligation of the said district and not the responsibility of Orange County, Florida.
