§ 33-122. Regulation, control of water levels within district.

The board shall regulate and control the level of water within the lakes, canals, streams, waterways, basins, bays and inlets in the said district and may make such investigation or cause investigation to be made as may be necessary to properly regulate and control the level of the waters within said district.
