§ 33-123. Minimum elevation of land filled for residential building purposes.

  • The board shall require that where lands are filled by pumping from the lake or by dragline or by hauling, for making land suitable for residential building purposes, the same shall be filled to an elevation of at least one hundred three (103) feet above mean sea level except where the board finds that the fill is for beach or yard purposes only.
