§ 35-4. Civil traffic hearing officer program.

The county hereby establishes a civil traffic hearing officer program as authorized by F.S. §§ 318.30 through 318.38, as amended, and as implemented by that administrative order of the Chief Judge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit dated November 3, 1994, and such orders pertinent thereto as may be subsequently issued.
