§ 37-33. Appeal from action, order, rule or regulation of county.

  • Within thirty (30) days from the effective date of any action, order, rule or regulation adopted or promulgated by the board of county commissioners, any person aggrieved thereby may appeal such action of the board of county commissioners to the circuit court of the county, or exhaust any other appellate remedies provided by law. It shall be the duty of the board of county commissioners to cause a record to be made at the cost of the applicant of all proceedings taken and had before the board of county commissioners under the provisions of this article, and cause to be prepared and certified at the cost of the applicant a transcript of all such proceedings and the court shall hear and determine the cause on such record.
