§ 37-503. Jurisdiction.

This article shall apply to both incorporated and unincorporated areas of the county pursuant to authority contained in chapter 15 of this Code and pursuant to home rule authority. Provided, however, this article is not intended to supersede any conflicting regulations by a municipality located within the county.
