§ 37-534. Application—Review procedure.

(a)

Review for suitability of use of an OSDS in proposed subdivisions or projects subject to the Site Development Ordinance, chapter 30, article VIII, Orange County Code, will be done during the subdivision review or site development review process, as applicable.

(b)

Application for OSDS for those projects listed in subsection (a) above and for single-family houses and duplexes will be reviewed through the health department subject to applicable provisions herein.
