Site development standards are established for planned development to insure adequate
levels of light, air and density, to maintain and promote functional compatibility
of uses, to promote the safe and efficient circulation of pedestrian and vehicular
traffic, to provide for orderly phasing of development, and to otherwise protect the
public health, safety and general welfare.
