§ 38-1227. Waivers.

  • (a)

    For good cause shown, waivers from the minimum standards set forth in this section may be granted by the board of county commissioners. However, such waivers must be specified in conjunction with the land use plan, otherwise all standards shall apply. Waiver requests shall be identified in the public hearing notice.

    (b)

    Waivers requested after approval of the land use plan must be approved by the board of county commissioners at a public hearing, after notification of abutting property owners.
