§ 38-1456. Glare and heat.

Each use and activity within any C-3 commercial district, or I-1, I-2, I-3, I-4 or I-5 industrial district shall be so designed and operated as to prevent the emission of glare and heat of such intensity as to be readily perceptible at any point on the lot line of the property on which the use or activity is located.
