§ 5-39. Fees.

(a)

The board of county commissioners may, from time to time, by resolution, establish fees and charges applicable to any matter covered by this article.

(b)

All fees collected shall be deposited in the county's general revenue fund. All expenses of administering this article shall be paid from the general fund.
