§ 6-31. Waiver of requirements.

The requirements of section 6-29 may be waived by resolution of the board of county commissioners where the board of county commissioners determines that art is inappropriate to the construction project involved. The board of county commissioners may issue guidelines whereby the building department may grant such waivers on behalf of the board.
