Ord. No. 2001-26, § 1.W., adopted Dec. 18, 2001 renumbered § 9-194 as § 9-119. Section 1.BB. of said ordinance repealed § 9-119, in its entirety. Former § 9-119 pertained to certificates of competency and derived Ord. No. 97-27, § 18, adopted Dec. 30, 1997. Prior to that repeal Ord. No. 97-27, set out a new § 9-194.
The old § 9-194 had been repealed and reserved by Ord. No. 91-2, § 47, adopted Jan.
15, 1991. Prior to that repeal, § 9-194 pertained to expiration and renewal of certificates
of competency and derived from Code 1965, § 6-357; Ord. No. 86-6, § 7; Ord. No. 87-28,
§ 5; and Ord. No. 90-20, § 9.
