§ 2-255. Authorization to make payment.

The finance department of the Orange County Comptroller's Office is hereby authorized to make disbursements on any real property acquisitions or parcel settlements which are approved pursuant to the terms of this article, including recording fees and closing costs, subject to receipt of the settlement analysis, a certificate of value filed by the qualified appraiser on behalf of Orange County, and such other documentation as necessary to verify compliance with this article.
