§ 9-577. Violations.

(a)

A violation of this article shall be punishable in accordance with section 1-9.

(b)

Notwithstanding subsection (a), the county may obtain an injunction or other legal or equitable relief in the circuit court against any person violating this article. If the county prevails, it shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
